Location data is also used for attendance tracking and verification based on the employee’s designated work locations. Please note, location tracking is only active between the user’s check-in and check-out within the app.

We may share information with any successor to all or part of our business. For example, if part of our business is sold we may give our customer list as part of that transaction.

We may also share it, if a government agency or investigatory body requests. Or, we might also share information when we are investigating potential fraud.

Data Retention
We retain user data only for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain attendance and activity records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Employee attendance records, location history, check-in/check-out logs, and activity data may be retained while the organization account remains active. Upon organization account termination or a verified deletion request, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized within 30 to 90 days, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.
Data Deletion & Account Erasure
Users or organizations may request the permanent deletion of their accounts and all associated personal data at any time. If you wish to have your data deleted from our app, please contact us directly at eas@cdpindia.com with your registered user details.
Upon receiving a verified request, we will permanently delete or anonymize the requested identity records, historical location logs, and attendance data within a reasonable timeframe (not exceeding 90 days) unless retention is required for legal, regulatory, or compliance purposes.
Background Location Clarification
This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the collection practices within the CDP EAS mobile application (“EAS App”).
The EAS App collects precise and approximate location data in the background to enable employee attendance tracking, route monitoring, geo-verification, and field activity management, even when the EAS App is closed or not actively in use. This tracking is strictly restricted and performed only during active employee check-in periods or official working hours. CDP EAS does not track, monitor, or collect employee location data outside of designated working hours or after employees have checked out. Location data collected is accessible only to authorized organization administrators and is used solely for workforce management and operational purposes.
